1. Design proposal
Let's start with a design proposal. Whether you send it to us or we help you with it is up to you. We match the main elements, colors and prepare them for production.
2. Numbers and sizes
You then choose the sizes and quantity of socks or textiles that you want to have custom-made. Either it will be our standard size distribution or we will agree on individual sizes that will better suit your needs. The minimum number of socks with your own design is 150 pairs. The minimum quantity for textile collection is 1 piece.
3. Agreeing on a date
We will set a date when you need to have socks or textiles with your own design at your place. Everything depends on the speed of design approval, the amount of socks or textiles, the workload of the machines or the complexity of the pattern.
4. Agreeing details
Before producing the sample, we will edit your sock or textile design so that it is manufacturable. We make our socks by honest knitting, and therefore no color or chemistry will interfere with the breathing of the feet during the day. We suppress textiles with high-quality technology.
5. Sample production
We will start with the production of samples and take a detailed look at the finished product. If necessary, we will modify some elements of the design if they are difficult to manufacture or deformed. We want your pattern on socks or textile to look its best. Of course, we will send you photos of the samples for final approval.
6. Start of production
If you are satisfied with the produced samples and all the details are fine-tuned, we will start the entire production of socks or textiles with your own pattern. Knitting, sewing, ironing or labeling. It will all be up to us.
7. Packaging and delivery
After a thorough inspection of the manufactured socks or textile, we start preparing them for shipment directly to you. We will give each pair of socks its own label, then package them and pack them in shipping boxes. Within the framework of textiles, we will create a so-called imprint.
